Marketing Analytics & Measurement

Content, search and paid media are only as good as the numbers they are judged by. We track conversions in a way that survives browser signal loss, attribute them across the whole journey, and report them to the teams who act on them.

Problem

Every platform claims the same conversion

Meta, Google and TikTok each report their own results, browser tracking misses more every year, and last-click analytics hands the credit to whoever touched the buyer last. Budget follows whichever number is loudest — not the channel that actually did the work.

Scope

What measurement covers

  • Conversion tracking

GA4 and Tag Manager, platform pixels paired with server-side Conversions APIs, and SKAdNetwork for iOS apps — so every platform sees the conversions it drives.

  • Attribution modeling

A multi-touch model that maps the whole journey across paid, organic and product channels and gives each one credited weight — not just the last click.

  • Reporting

Weekly cross-channel insights for the people who act on them — paid media, content and product — read against revenue, not platform-reported results.

  • Content revenue attribution

Estimated revenue attributed to individual articles and pages, so the content team prioritizes by what earns, not just what gets read.

Process

Define, track, attribute, report

Attribution is only as good as the tracking under it, so the order matters.

  1. 01

    Define what counts

The conversions that matter to the business — leads, purchases, subscriptions — named once and used everywhere, so every platform and report counts the same thing.

  2. 02

    Track it server-side

Browser pixels backed by server-side Conversions APIs, with GA4 and Tag Manager as the shared layer, so ad blockers and privacy settings stop costing you data.

  3. 03

    Attribute across the journey

A multi-touch model that credits the first touch, the conversion touch and what happened between — across paid, organic and product.

  4. 04

    Report on a cadence

Weekly insights delivered to the teams that spend the budget and make the content, so decisions move with the data instead of waiting for a quarterly review.

Pro Football Focus

Meta cost per purchase, down from $125–$140, after Conversions APIs were implemented across Meta, TikTok, X and Snapchat to recover signal lost to iOS 14.5. A U-shaped multi-touch attribution model followed, mapping journeys across paid, organic and product.

Anytime Capital

GA4, Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel connected into one measurement framework for lead attribution and customer behavior across in-store and online channels.

Frequently asked questions

  • What do marketing analytics services include?

Defining the conversions that matter, setting up GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, adding server-side Conversions APIs, building a multi-touch attribution model, and a regular reporting cadence that reads every channel against revenue.

  • Why do ad platforms and analytics disagree on results?

Each platform counts the conversions it can see and claims credit for them, and since iOS 14.5 browser tracking sees fewer of them. Server-side tracking recovers much of the lost signal; an attribution model decides how credit is shared between channels.

  • Do we need attribution if we only run one or two channels?

Usually not a full multi-touch model — clean conversion tracking matters more at that stage. Attribution earns its cost once several channels, organic and paid, are touching the same buyers before they convert.

  • How does measurement connect to your other services?

It is what the other three are judged by. Content is prioritized by the revenue it is credited with, SEO by the queries and conversions it earns, and paid media by cost per result against agreed targets.
