Meta Ads Management
Meta rewards the advertiser with the best creative for the right audience — and the only way to find it is to test. We run Facebook and Instagram ads as a pipeline: creative tested on fixed budgets, winners scaled on Meta’s own optimization, and the cycle refined with your business season.
Most accounts test and scale in the same place
When new creative competes for the same budget as proven ads, Meta spends on the early favorite and the test never gets a fair read. When nothing is labelled a winner, nothing gets scaled on purpose. The fix is structural: separate the learning from the spending.
A pipeline from ABO to CBO
The order is the method: nothing reaches a scaling budget until it has won a fair test on the metrics agreed up front.
- 01
Set the output metrics
One to three numbers that decide a winner — cost per lead, cost per purchase, return on ad spend — agreed before anything launches, and tied to the objective the campaign is optimizing for.
- 02
Test in ABO
Ad set budget optimization: each ad set gets its own fixed budget, so every creative and audience gets a fair read instead of Meta spending on the early favorite.
- 03
Scale in CBO
Campaign budget optimization: the winners graduate into campaigns where Meta moves one budget across proven ad sets toward the best results.
- 04
Refine with the season
Creative, audience targeting and bidding refined cycle by cycle. What won in one season can fade in the next, so the pipeline never stops testing.
What Meta ads management covers
Creative testing
New angles, hooks and formats tested against each other on fixed budgets — with what is already working in your organic social feeding the list of what to test next.
Audiences
Broad and interest targeting alongside your own customer lists: buyers uploaded as customer audiences to find more people like them, and excluded where paying to reach them again is waste.
Formats
Carousels for inventory and catalogs, short-form video for reach and attention, lead forms and messages where a conversation is the goal — chosen by what the objective needs.
Tracking
The Meta Pixel and conversion events set up alongside GA4 and Google Tag Manager, campaign links tagged so GA4 reports them as paid social, and conversions defined before a campaign optimizes toward them.
Cheaper leads, better audiences

Frequently asked questions
What does Meta ads management include?
Campaign structure, creative testing, audience building including customer lists and exclusions, Pixel and conversion setup, budget and bid management, and reporting against the output metrics agreed for each cycle — across Facebook and Instagram placements.
Do you use ABO or CBO?
Both, in sequence. ABO — ad set budget optimization — is where we test, because fixed budgets give every creative a fair read. CBO — campaign budget optimization — is where the winners scale, because Meta is good at moving budget toward what is already proven. The choice depends on whether you are learning or scaling.
Do you run Instagram ads as well as Facebook?
Yes. Both run from Meta Ads Manager, so one campaign can place ads in Facebook and Instagram feeds, Stories and Reels. Placements are chosen by where the creative performs, not managed as separate channels.
How long does a creative test take?
Long enough for each ad set to leave Meta’s learning phase, which Meta puts at roughly 50 optimization events within a week. Lower-volume accounts test for longer or optimize for an earlier event, so the test still ends with enough data to decide.
Can our customer list make Meta ads work better?
Usually. Uploaded as a customer audience, it gives Meta a picture of who already buys to look for more of, and lets campaigns exclude people who have already converted. For Anytime Capital, purchase records from the payment pipeline feed Meta the same way.
Should I run Meta ads or Google Ads?
They do different jobs. Meta creates demand among people who are not searching yet, and is where creative gets tested fastest; Google Ads captures people already searching. Most businesses scaling paid acquisition run both.
