TikTok Ads Agency
TikTok is the fastest way to put a new offer in front of people who have never heard of it. We use interest targeting for that reach, then turn it into leads and sales by retargeting warm, segmented audiences and customer lists — with conversions measured server-side so the costs hold.
Great top-of-funnel numbers, expensive conversions
Interest campaigns on TikTok look strong on reach, views and clicks — then disappoint on leads and sales, because a cold audience is being asked to convert and a browser pixel is missing part of what does. Both are fixable with structure.
Each stage has its own audience and its own number
Judging a reach campaign on cost per purchase kills it; judging retargeting on CPM funds the wrong thing.
| Stage | Audience | Its job | Judged by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Top | Interest and broad targeting | Reach and attention — and a pool of people who watched | CPM, view rate, click-through rate |
| Middle | Engaged viewers and site visitors, segmented by how far they got | Bring the interested back with a reason to act | Cost per click, landing-page views |
| Bottom | The warmest segments and uploaded customer lists | Leads and purchases | Cost per lead or purchase, return on ad spend |
What TikTok ads management covers
Creative built for the feed
Vertical, sound-on video that looks like it belongs on TikTok, with the hook in the first seconds — tested in variations rather than bet on one cut.
Interest targeting for reach
Where TikTok is strongest: putting a new offer in front of people who have never heard of it, at a cost that builds a warm audience quickly.
Segmented retargeting and lists
Warm audiences split by depth of engagement — video viewers, profile visitors, site visitors, cart abandoners — plus uploaded customer lists to target or exclude.
Server-side measurement
TikTok’s Events API alongside the pixel, so conversions the browser misses still reach the algorithm and cost per lead or purchase holds steady.
Measure, reach, retarget, judge
Measurement goes first: a retargeting stage can only be as good as the conversion data behind it.
- 01
Measure before spending
Pixel and Events API set up, conversion events verified end to end, and campaign links tagged so GA4 reports them as paid social.
- 02
Launch reach
Interest and broad campaigns with several creative variations, judged on top-of-funnel metrics only — their job is to fill the warm pools.
- 03
Retarget in segments
Warm audiences split by how far each person got, each with its own message, and customer lists uploaded to reach lookalikes or exclude buyers.
- 04
Judge each stage on its own number
Reach by CPM and view rate, retargeting by cost per lead or purchase. Budget moves to the segments and creative that convert.

Frequently asked questions
Does TikTok advertising work for leads and sales?
Yes, when the funnel is built for it. Interest targeting on TikTok delivers strong top-of-funnel numbers — reach, views, clicks — but cold audiences rarely convert efficiently. The leads and purchases come from retargeting warm, segmented audiences and customer lists, so we plan the two together.
Why do you insist on the Events API?
Browser pixels miss conversions — ad blockers, privacy settings and short sessions all drop events. The Events API sends conversions from the server as well, so the algorithm learns from a complete picture and cost per lead or purchase is steadier than pixel-only tracking allows.
Can you run TikTok ads for a Shopify store?
Yes — we have run TikTok campaigns for products in SimpaCove’s Shopify store. For a store, the funnel is product creative for reach, then retargeting of viewers, visitors and cart abandoners, with purchases measured server-side.
Do we need TikTok if we already run Meta ads?
Often, yes. TikTok reaches people your Meta campaigns are not reaching and tends to fill a warm audience quickly. Many accounts use TikTok for reach and new audiences and let retargeting on both platforms do the converting.
Is organic TikTok part of this?
No — this is paid. Organic posting and repurposing belong to content distribution. The two help each other, though: organic posts that perform well are strong candidates for paid creative tests.
