n8n Automation Agency

We build n8n workflows for the marketing and revenue work that outgrows point-and-click tools: leads routed to the right rep in seconds, payments that trigger their own receipts, and customer data that reaches your ad accounts without an export.

Problem

Automation that fails quietly is worse than none

Chains of single-step automations built by different people, each hiding a failure point, with no one told when a lead or a payment falls through. The fix is fewer, better workflows that check their inputs and speak up when something breaks.

Scope

What we build in n8n

  • Lead routing

Leads from every ad platform and form normalized into one shape, enriched, assigned to the right person and delivered where your team already works.

  • Payment and post-purchase

Processor webhooks validated, transactions written to a database, receipts and onboarding sent without anyone touching them.

  • Data sync and audiences

CRM, database and spreadsheet kept in step, and first-party customer data sent to ad platforms as audiences.

  • Reporting and operations

Scheduled pulls that replace manual report building, and internal pipelines with a human-review step wherever judgment matters.

Proof

One lead, five steps, no inbox

The lead workflow we built for Atlanta Unique Auto Sales, a dealership taking leads from Google and Facebook ads.

  1. 01A lead arrives from Google Ads or Facebook Ads, each in its own format.
  2. 02n8n normalizes both into one record, so everything downstream handles one shape.
  3. 03The record is enriched and a sales rep is selected.
  4. 04The lead is stamped on the master sheet, so nothing lives only in an inbox.
  5. 05It is dispatched to the rep by email and to the dealership CRM as ADF XML.

Lead response time on email and social fell 15% alongside the workflow. Read the case study →

Process

How an n8n build runs

The same four steps whether the workflow routes leads or reconciles payments.

  1. 01

    Write the SOP

The process on paper first: what triggers it, what should happen, who owns each exception. Automating a process nobody has written down just makes the confusion faster.

  2. 02

    Map triggers and data

Every system the workflow touches, the shape of the data each one sends, and where Zapier or a native integration should catch the event instead.

  3. 03

    Build with validation and alerts

Inputs are checked before anything is written. A failure raises an alert to a person, and steps that need judgment stop for review instead of guessing.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Workflows live in your n8n account or instance with credentials in your name, documented so your team can read, change or extend them.

Proof

Payments that finish themselves

Anytime Capital

Payment processing, ID verification and the website ran as three separate systems. Now a processor’s webhook is caught by a Zapier trigger and n8n does the rest: it validates the payload, writes the transaction to a database built for the pipeline and sends the customer a payment confirmation. n8n workflows also run the business’s KYC and service-delivery steps.

Service delivery time after purchase fell 12%.

Frequently asked questions

  • What does an n8n agency do?

Designs, builds and maintains n8n workflows for a business: documenting the process, connecting the systems involved, handling errors, and handing over workflows the team can maintain. Ours are marketing and revenue workflows — lead routing, payment pipelines, data sync and reporting.

  • Should we use n8n cloud or self-host it?

Either works. n8n Cloud is the fastest start and needs no infrastructure. Self-hosting suits high execution volumes, data that has to stay in your own environment, or workflows that talk to a private database. We recommend one per project and build in whichever you choose.

  • Can n8n connect to our CRM and ad platforms?

Almost certainly. n8n has native nodes for the common CRMs, ad platforms, databases and spreadsheets, and an HTTP node for any system with an API. Where a platform only sends webhooks, n8n receives them directly or Zapier catches them first.

  • Do you use Zapier as well?

Yes, and often in the same workflow. Zapier is a reliable way to catch an event from an app with a native trigger; n8n is better at the branching, transforms and database writes that follow.

  • What happens when a workflow fails?

Someone finds out. Every workflow validates what it receives, and a failure raises an alert to a person rather than dropping a lead or a payment confirmation silently.
